Take one part Famicom Wars (a.k.a. Advance Wars to most Americans) and mix in a splash of Rakugaki Showtime's sketchbook antics and you might have something a little like Graphite Wars.
Graphite Wars is a strategy and tactics game currently under development by Delicious Orange (us), which we plan to release on PC (and possibly other systems). We here at Delicious Orange want to welcome you all to the development blog, where we will be sharing information and progress on the game as it is developed.
Delicious Orange is a small independently funded studio founded by the brothers Ian and Sean Chase.
Ian, the elder brother, is an artist and GUI programmer who has been involved in making games for years. He first got hooked producing in-game content for Pangya; his fan-work won numerous awards and was made into official content for the game. If you're not a fan of outlandishly cute fantasy golf, you might be more familiar with a different title he recently worked on, the fast-paced 2D fighter, Skullgirls.
Sean, the young brother, is a programmer currently studying computer engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. In between making an army of robots that do his bidding and brewing a mean pot of tea; he enjoys playing (and making) video games.
Together, the two of us look forward to sharing our work and our passion for videogames with you. We hope you will join us on this adventure.
